Stage 1 Designs to Stitches
Most of our customers provide us with a logo or a design either
on paper or via e-mail in digital format. Once the image is on
the computer we use a special program to turn the picture into
stitches for our machine. At this stage we also control a number
of parameters that affect the embroidery process.
Stage 2 Embroidery
Once everyone is happy with the design, it is transferred to the
embroidery machine on a disk. The material to be embroidered is
mounted in our multi-head machine and the embroidery can begin.
The quality of the embroidery machine ensures that each garment
comes out perfectly every time.
Stage 3 Finishing
Before any garments are delivered to our customers, they are
individually inspected to ensure that they meet our strict
quality control.
Repeat orders from our many customers testify to our high
standards of workmanship.

All artwork supplied to us in any format must be free of
copyright or the copyright owned by the client. Any subsequent
claim from a copyright owner must be met by the client providing
the artwork.
